US POST OFFICE EXTERIOR
The owners of this building brought me in to refresh their storefronts which included their family jewelry store and a small Post Office. Photos from the former soon to come.
I was pretty excited for the opportunity to refresh my local post office. I replaced the sad, faded awnings with bold, clear signage, and a showcase of logos through USPS history. While I was laying out the window graphics, I decided to embellish the visuals by doing a little research, and adding subtle, short captions for the curious.
All elegant and business on the front facade, I included 1963 mascot Mr. Zip on the east, to greet those walking west on Main Street.
He's my wink to the neighbors.
